Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return a product, you must do so within 7 days from the day you received your product. You must ship the item(s) with the original packing as it was delivered to you.

Restrictions when returning merchandise.
1. There will be no refund nor exchange with all perishable foods.
2. A 25% restocking charge is applied to all refunds.
3. To return a product for Refund/Exchange, merchandise must still be unused. If the item is used, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Customer have to pay for the shipping cost on all returns.
